Great job on your new website. I think you need to add a link called "How to Really Catch the Lunkers in Marsh Creek" I know it would help me. Only four more months until the Tuesday night tourneys start at MC. Hey Mugggzzzz, how are you?

Hey SebBass and Doc, Thanks for the compliments. While it isn't real fancy, it is functional and should do the job. I want to also thank you guys for your advice early on in this project, it really helped. I referred to your site quite often during the process and it helped tremendously. We appreciate you placing a link to our site as well as our open tourney forms on your site, we are hoping that our site will help generate a bigger turnout to the opens. Seb, I will return the favor by adding a link to your site on our’s. And Doc as far as adding a "How to Really Catch the Lunkers in Marsh Creek" page, well that info is reserved for club members only! I am sure you understand! ;D Come on spring!

Gman.... one of you fellow members let the cat-out-of-the-bag, concerning your new web-site. I tried the general search and it failed - as did ours in the beginning, so I did type in the www.marsh, etc to find you. Checked you out, nice job by-the-way!, and posted this thread so our guys and visitors could check you out also. I am poking fun at ya, in the original post.. know some of your Clubbies and they are a fine bunch of guys.

Bruce, Thanks for the reply. I guess I will give it a little more time. Do you remember how long it took for your site to show up? I know you were poking fun. But the Toddo "wooden fish" comment, that was harsh LOL Just kidding. Tell him not to worry, we should have plenty of 1st place stringer pics from the CCBM Tuesday Night Bass Tourney on the site soon enough. ;D

Gmac, I posted this on our message board but will put it on yours too Gmac, Yes you guys did represent last year on Tuesday Night tourny's and looking foward to seeing you guys back this year.
You have to give the CCBM guys some credit.. We only had 6 guys fishing from CCBM in the Tuesday night tourny's and we had 1 - first/ 2- 2nd's/ 1-3rd and 1- lunker.. But we have added some great fisherman to the club that I think we help us represent better this year.
As far as the search engine stuff. How long ago did you submit the stuff through lycos. It usually takes about a month to start to show up in the search engines. If that is not the case and you did it a while ago let me know. I can find out what is going on.
also there is nothing wrong with wooden fish... I use them to catch my fish all the time.. heehhehehe - look there is one under my name on the left!!
Also spoke with a friend who does search engine work and said it will at least take a month sometimes even 2 or 3.. I don't remember how long it took for ours to show up since Irv actually took care of the website till about 3 months ago when i re-did the entire site. Hope this helps.. If you need any help with anything don't hesitate to email me.
